WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU MISS YOUR QUEUE NUMBER?
Inform our therapist if you have missed your queue number. Kindly wait for further instructions to be given by our therapist.

QUEUE REJOIN POLICY
To rejoin back your queue, kindly wait for 2 customers to have their turns before yours. If there are other customers waiting in queue, you will have to wait for 2 customers to have their turns (approximately at least another 30 minutes) before you are allowed to rejoin the queue after them, you will be served by the specific therapist that you have been assigned to wait on.

TICKET SOLD IS NON-REFUNDABLE
In the event that you are unable to wait, please approach our staff to inform them. You may choose to exchange the value of the ticket for our Kskin products instead or sell the ticket to a new customer at Kskin. Kindly note, the ticket is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
